This week in class we discussed how you would go about marketing something that is intangible. It seems nearly impossible, although it can be achieved. In addition there are different ways to do so; for example you can go about appealing to consumers bodies, minds, physicial possessions, and assets. Starbucks is a good company to focus on when it comes to offering an intangible service. Each store has a certain atmosphere that always generates a positive feeling when you go in there (servicescape)--most of the time being consistent no matter what location you visit.
Overall, this was a helpful week for our group project since we are creating a service, not an actual tangible product.
